Shipment to APO/FPO addresses

APO/ FPO addresses are included in the free shipping rates.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

A shipping confirmation and tracking will be emailed to you when the order is shipped.  You can also provide your cell number to get text messages relating to your shipment.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Lavender Bean is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Lavender Bean is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Lavender Bean currently does not ship internationally.

Returns Policy

For returns please contact - support@lavenderbean.com Please provide your name, order number and reason for the return. Returns are at the expense of the customer and take 3-5 days to complete once item is received.  Depending on the financial institution it may take 7 days to see the refund reflected.
